Base Training-

To help you prepare for the season it is important to condition your body during the off season. Putting in the hard work now will pay off later!

Different approaches can be taken to your base training but many of the top athletes include pool training, gym training and some form of flexibility training including stretching, yoga or pilates.

When planning your training, think of your objectives and then think of what you will need to achieve them. Also think of your 'weaknesses'. Work on your weaknesses and turn them into one of your strengths!
